Help

I need to know where I can get a free updated driver for my Epsom RX425 Printer.  Also does anyone know why my printer still has all the lights flashing and 'E' even though I have reset the the counters.  My ink pads are as dry as a bone so the pads do not need replacing.  Could this be that I need an updated driver for my printer which i've had over 5 years now.
